Returns
Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, the following criteria must be met.

  • The original purchase must be attributed to you under your name in our POS system so that we can pull it up.

  • All original packaging must accompany the device.

  • You must fill out our Warranty Sheet and submit it along with the device for us to review. Please email us for a copy to send with your device or stop in to the shop to obtain one. It may take us up to 72 hours to inspect your device in order to replicate the issue of concern.

    Items Covered include manufacurer defects and dead on arrival (DOA). Original packaging must be kept for returns.

    Items not covered under warranty:

  • Tanks, drip tips, open bottles, opened replacement coils, opened replacement pods, batteries, any other opened consumable items.

  • Items with water damage, eliquid leaked into hardware, any other damage inflicted by the end user like drops

  • Sale Items

  • Shipping on Items ordered incorrectly


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as your original purchase history under your name in our POS system.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10 days of the approval date.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at freedomfromcigs@gmail.com and send your item to: 9514 81Ave, Peace River AB T8S 1E8, Canada.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 9514 81 Ave Peace River AB T8S 1E8. Be sure to include a copy of our Warranty Sheet. Email us for a copy if needed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
